Pete, I have really enjoyed your videos and tab, although my time is limited. What I would really like is a more detailed version of your part of I Guess He'd Rather Be In Colorado as you played it in the Wildlife Concert. I'm wearing out the tape trying to see and hear all the intricacies of what you are playing. I've picked up the general outline of it from your tab but having trouble with the rest. If your ever in the Four Corners area (Durango,Co. / Farmington N.M) hope to see you. Thanks, Mike

Just downloaded a few of your tunes from itunes after reading the article about you in Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine - I have to say you're one of the best solo guitar performers around - Thanks for making music that's a joy to listen to. Earnest Woodall www.ewoodall.com

Pete, just wanted to say thank you for the Practicing DVD. It's the best guitar instruction I've bought. I just wish someone had sat me down years ago (maybe thirty years ago!) and told me this stuff. After all this time fighting the guitar, my playing is finaly starting to improve. Thanks again. Do you ever visit the UK?

I sat through the entire Fingerstyle competition at Winfield this year and I have to say you were the hands-down winner. Did your playing "Superstition" possibly reveal your identity to the judges so that they went overboard in trying to appear impartial and gave you 2nd place instead of first? I don't think you got a fair deal. I really missed you being a "regular" at the festival this year. I'm really lookin forward to your new "Hymns" album!

Hi Pete - my son James and I had the priveledge of seeing you perform at Muriel Anderson's All Star Guitar Night at the Ryman this summer. Your fingerstyle playing was completely new to us and we were so blown away that we hardly remember those who performed after you. (Except Frampton!) We hope to see you this February in Webster Groves, Mo. Any chance of coming to the Sheldon in the near future?

Peter - A few weeks ago I visited Nashville and, at the suggestion of a friendly guitar salesman in a store near Vanderbilt, I picked up one of your CDs. Your music is great, and I'm spreading the word around D.C. Best of luck and thanks for your music.

Hey Pete: Your instructional DVD's have been a great inspirartion to me and I'm working very hard at learning the guitar. I especially liked your arrangment of "Tis so Sweet to Trust in Jesus" on your CD. Have you ever considered doing a gospel CD? Our church uses a lot of CD's prior to the service and I know people would enjoy your work immensely. I can't help but think you are a Christian, it comes through on your presentation. Thanks again for such inspiration. I hope to see one of your shows in person some day. Take care, Darrell Cramer

Pete, I'm a big fan of your guitar work, and have made great use of your instructional DVDs. I will be in St. Louis in February attending a conference but I hope to sneak away and attend your concert and guitar clinic. It will be my first time hearing you "live", so I am looking forward to it!. Would be great to get you to come up here to Minnesota sometime for a show and/or a clinic--what do we need to do to arrange it? Best wishes, David

Hello and welcome to our new site! Before I say any more I have to say a big thank you to our first webmaster - Jim Curry. He is the one responsible for me being able to have a web site. He built and maintained the first one for about 5 years! He did a wonderful job and now he is busy with his own music. I'm happy to welcome Marcia Jahn and Barbara Heckendorn from Thistlehead Productions as the new web mistresses. They are doing a lot of neat things to improve the site. We are all excited about the changes here ---- and there are many: We now have a discography where you can look up all the CD's I've put out and hear samples from many of them. This new guest book is a great new addition so you can give us feedback and let us know how we are doing. The email signup is something we've needed for a long time. It allows us to keep you informed of concerts and new releases. We've had many comments about the ordering page and we've listened! It's all new and I think you'll find it to be much easier to use. Let us hear from you. Pete

I can't thank you enough for all the inspiration you have given me with your instructional videos. You have a bigger impact on us lower-level players than you will probably ever realize. The challenge is frustrating, the frustration is never ending, but the rewards are worth it. You're music is awesome. Thank you for that gift.
