| Just read your blah, blah, blah blog about Mike Taylor. So sorry to hear of his passing. I absolutely was enamored by his "sound". What an awesome player!!! I have wondered for years what ever happened to him and why such a great talent disappeared from the music scene. Wondered why someone with such a gift did not share more of it with the rest of us. I would give anything to be able to play like he did. Thanks for the update Pete. Would be interesting to hear the story of how he and JD got together. Does anybody know that story???? Steve Paxton |

| I bought your Croce and Fogelberg DVDs and you do a great job teaching the material. Although they are difficult for me considering my playing level, I'll keep plugging away to learn these great songs and arrangements. You are an excellent instructor with a very easygoing and informative way of presenting the material. I also enjoy just listening and watching you play. Thanks for the great pickin'and instruction. |

| Saw your show in Mission Viejo earlier this month. Absolutely astonishing how you play. Enjoyed it immensely, and will be on the lookout for your return to So Cal. I am the guy whose seat had the lucky CD of Stevie Wonder music under it. If it was vinyl I'd be wearing it out. Take care of yourself, stay well, and keep those hands away from power tools. |

| Hey Pete,
Wanted to say Hello and hope things are going good for you and the family. Still can't get enough of your music and instruction, trying to work on it everyday. As always love the Croce stuff and have been working on some songs by Gordon Lightfoot. Thanks for the way you explain it for us novice players. Would love to see you guys...looking forward to October on the river at Les's Love Shack. Keep the faith.

| Pete, I just wanted to thank you for your work on your instructional DVD's. I found each one to give consistent, quality instruction taught by a knowledgeable, first-rate musician. Thanks to you my playing has improved exponentially, and I have worked with only three so far. (Another is en route as I write this.) By the way, I also grew up with Gordon, John, and Jim. All the best to you. |

| Hi Pete,
I just bought your Homespun Dan Fogelberg DVD. Thanks so much for an excellent job of accurately tabbing and teaching some excellent DF music. I'm really enjoying learning how to play some of his songs accurately. I hope you'll do a follow up DVD with some more great DF music. Thanks. |

| Hi Pete, Really enjoying your music, your own and your other wonderful arrangements. I will be playing a few live (once I learn them), and hopefully spread your name across the UK (well Shropshire at the very least).
If you ever come across to the UK and fancy doing a few gigs, let me know, I am sure I can rig something up for you.
Best Wishes

| Pete, Whoops...I suppose if I had taken the time to notice you had a schedule on your site, I would have known you were going to be in New England last week. Sorry I missed that. Hopefully, another time. Just got through Catch and Release from start to finish. A fun tune to play for sure. Thanks for the info on the capo. My hand keeps banging into mine at the 1st and 2nd fret and I would like something a little less cumbersome. |

| Hi Pete, I've become acquainted with you since buying your Solo Acoustic Guitar Arrangements from Homespun Tapes. I'm having a great time learning the material and look to get some other DVD's and CD's from you.I've become a fan. Do you ever perform in New England? If so,I would love to catch a show. Thanks so much for taking the time to teach your guitar style. It's most appreciated. PS..can you recommend a good low profile capo?
Vin
I was just in New England over the last two weekends. Massachusetts and Connecticut. Sorry you missed those shows. They were a blast.
I highly recommend the Elliot capo. Check them out at www.elliotcapos.com It's the best I've ever used. |

| Hi Pete,
In the past I've purchased your Essential Exercises for Fingerstyle Guitar DVD, along with both Jim Croce DVD's. I love them, especially the Jim Croce ones. Just purchased a couple of your CD's. Can't wait to get them. Your style and your teaching ability are magnificent. I see you're going to be at Irvine Meadows this summer. Hopefully I'll be able to meet you and thank you in person for your inspiration. Any chance of being at Crossroads Festival III in Chicago in June? |

| Mr. Huttlinger, We are going to try to make the Asheboro concert (2 hrs away) Saturday night. My 16 yr old son has been playing the guitar and J.Denver songs since a toddler and is SOOO excited at the thought of seeing you. He plays 9 instruments now and would like to be a performer - guitar and piano mainly. I'm sure you are asked this question ad nauseum, but here goes. . . Any ideas on what he should do to become a professional performer? We're from a small town, few opportunities, and appreciate greatly any advice. Thanks so much for your time. Jan |

Just received word of the new Fogelberg DVD being a fan of his and yours I checked to see what songs you would be teaching me now. Well I guess I am not as big of a fan as I though so I did some research to find the songs on you tube ... well I have been on you tube all day (LISTENING at work) to ALL the great songs that arent the greatest hits but could be to me. Thanks for opening up a whole bunch of songs for me to listen too

| Pete,
A Happy and Healthy New Year. My brother and I enjoyed your show at Carnegie Hall. You didn't tell us we were suppose to wear a tie. So excuse our attire. Nevertheless, with or without a tie, you are great! Hopefully, in the future, you will be able to control that rambunctious bass player of yours so he will remember that he is but one member of the band and everyone must play together. -:).
After your wonderful performance, and a few Beatles songs we got up and left. My brother was one of the two folks who screamed out: "Bring Pete back!" Looking back at on the concert, we should have gotten up immediately when you left the stage. Beatles 64 was not our cup of tea. I didn't get into the Beatles until they made Rubber Sole and Revolver. It was only then I realized the band, their music and their song writing were unique. Since we were in the middle of a row, we had to get everyone up in order to leave. I don't understand those Beatles impersonators they barely paused between songs. At any rate, keep up the good work. I hope you and the folks enjoy, New York. Best regards,

| Hi Pete,
I am sitting in Starbucks having a coffee with Carl your "Black Face" brother who is just getting up a caffiene high, if that is possible at a Starbucks, before heading out to sweep someone's very dirty chimney. I would love to know when you will be somewhere near the Bay area, including Sacramento for a performance. Of course, I do like to rub shoulders, shake the hand of fame and great talent, and even not so great talent like famous people in politics!
Have a great day ..... Al |
